Jacque Fresco has been described by many as the Da Vinci of our time. He is an industrial engineer, architectural designer, social engineer and futurist. Jacque works out of a compound in Florida known as The Venus Project, where he and other similarly-minded thinkers can ponder what is possible to achieve in the world we live.
One of the most interesting of his many, many ideas was a plan for a Circular City (but sadly, no Circuit City). It employs many opportunities for growth
through what Fresco calls a resource based economy.
